We will be glad to accept any unused/unwashed merchandise return. If you would like to return a product that is in unused/unwashed condition or is not embroidered/personalized, you are entitled to a refund within 60 days from the date that the shipment was arrived. We do not provide exchange for any merchandise.
What options I have for returning an item?
*If you are not satisfied with the product, want to get a different size or type, please contact us or place a new order for the new product, and return previous one in unused/unwashed condition.
*If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned in new condition within 60 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise only (shipping fees are excluded).
*If the return is a result of our error, please submit your return request regards to your reason, we will be glad to help you with a replacement or refund. Embroidered/Customized orders will not be eligible for refund or return.
*If there is ever a problem with any shipments please note that we must be notified within the first 30 days from the date your order was created so that we may replace or re-ship any lost or misplaced order/items.
How to Return an Item?
Before returning any orders or products, please submit your return request by following the link below, along with the order ID number and e-mail address that used while placing the order. Upon receiving your form, the CottonAge Return Department will send you a reply e-mail, providing you with the return ID and the steps when returning your package. Products returned without the return number will not be accepted. Once you have received your return request approval e-mail; print out your return request form and include it in the shipping box.
You can ship back your order via USPS, FedEx, UPS or any third party carrier that can provide a tracking number after you receive the approval email from us. Please note that all packages and returns must be within 60 days the invoice was created. CottonAge.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
